You will hear from Industry experts from both ASL and leading industry stakeholders, who will give presentations on various aspects of the wind industry, including career paths, required skills, and industry trends.

    Kieran Ivers is CEO of Green Rebel. He has 20 years of industry experience and has a track record of successfully leading teams across a variety of industry sectors.   • Daniel Greenan
    Daniel Greenan is a Fellow of Engineering with Engineers Ireland and a Business Director for Siemens Energy. He is part of a global team with responsibility for leading strategy, development and execution for the Offshore wind, HVDC and Interconnector sectors in Ireland.
    Daniel’s team recently secured the Celtic Interconnector project, a €1.6bn investment between Irish & French Grid operators. Daniel is now working on finalising solutions for the Irish phase 1 offshore wind farm projects and working with colleagues in Ireland that provide solutions across the energy spectrum, including wind turbines, offshore platforms, Gas and Hydrogen.
  • Will Jameson
    High Voltage Senior Authorised Technician GE Vernova. Started as maintenance technician in 2007 Arklow offshore wind park.
  • John Sheehan
    John Sheehan is a Wicklow native and Chartered Engineer who is currently working as the Senior Project Manager on the Arklow Bank Wind Park 2 Project. John has worked for SSE Renewables on the Arklow project for the last 3 years. Prior to joining SSE John worked for 2 years in the Irish onshore renewables sector, and prior to that spent over 15 years working in management and engineering roles in the international offshore oil and gas industry from bases in Ireland, France and Singapore.
