Brief Description
Women in Green Hydrogen, a global network of more than 1,000 women working in the sector, is hosting its first event in Ireland next month to contribute to the discussion around Ireland’s energy transition. Titled Chorus, the event will be taking place in Dublin on 21 November focussed on ensuring women and students gain an understanding of the varying career opportunities open to them in progressing the energy transition.
Learning Outcomes
Attendees will get an opportunity to learn about Ireland’s energy transition and the role of green hydrogen in the energy sector. It will highlight the diversity of career opportunities associated with this. Moreover, we look forward to seeing collaborative professionals, including women and students seizing this opportunity to create partnerships and solutions.
Who should attend
This event is aimed primarily at women including students. We’re welcoming participants from all walks of life with different areas of expertise together to share their thoughts and opinions on the energy sector in Ireland. The event hopes to attract some people participants from the engineering and energy sectors, but so many fields have something to offer those with creative backgrounds, those with policy experience or local government roles, people born outside Ireland, and those currently working in the home.
