Course Overview
The programme aims to provide participants with an understanding of the various funding and support options available to help businesses implement sustainable practices, including financial incentives, technical assistance, and management support. The course aims to help businesses identify and access the necessary resources to develop and implement effective sustainability initiatives.
For the Business: This programme is designed to help businesses to make more informed decisions and develop more effective sustainability strategies. Businesses will be competitive in a rapidly changing marketplace where they are increasingly expected to demonstrate their commitment to sustainability.
For the Participant: The programme is designed to help participants learn how to assess the costs and benefits of sustainability initiatives, make a business case for investment, and navigate the application processes for funding and support programs.

Indicative Course Overview
A one-day training programme on Sustainability Financial, Technical and Management Funding and Support aims to provide sustainability professionals with the knowledge and skills needed to access and utilise a range of financial, technical, and management support options for sustainability initiatives. The programme covers the range of funding and support programs available to businesses, including grants, loans, tax incentives, and technical assistance programmes.

LEARNING ENVIRONMENT AND FACILITIES
Training is delivered in GreenTech HQ’s new state-of-the-art bespoke dedicated training room. GreenTech HQ Sustainability Innovation Hub is located in Senan House, Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford. This is Ireland's first passive certified commercial building powered by rooftop solar panels, features eight air changes daily, electric car and bike charging points.
ENGAGEMENT AND MAXIMISING OPPORTUNITY FOR LEARNING
The programme will consist of interactive sessions with lecture-style presentations, discussions, group exercises, and case studies to keep participants engaged, accommodate different learning styles, and reinforce key concepts. It is also essential to have breaks for networking and personal reflection.
Participants who complete the programme will receive a certificate of completion.
